'Today is all about the core! We\'re working all the way around the core of the body to hit the abs, obliques, and back! All you need is a mat!  Today\'s workout will take you through a series of four songs to work the entire core. Today\'s workout will not only work to tone & shape the middle of the body, but it will make you stronger for all your other workouts! Get ready to move to the music - let\'s have some fun!
